How many furniture images can I add?

Add up to 13 furniture images alongside your room photo in Virtual Staging. Furniture references are optional.

What if my furniture does not match the selected style?

Your reference pieces take priority. The selected style guides the surrounding decor and additional furnishings. Only explicit instructions may change the appearance of your chosen pieces.

Can I choose where furniture goes and how many pieces to use?

Yes. Use Additional instructions to request placement and quantities, such as putting the sofa along the left wall or using four chairs around the table.

Can I use the preview to check whether furniture fits?

The AI preview helps you picture the combination. It is not a measured layout; check the furniture dimensions and measure your room before buying.

Does my room need to be empty?

No. Start with an empty or furnished room photo. Use Replace Furniture for selected replacements, or Virtual Staging for a whole-room furnishing plan. Describe what to replace and what to keep in Additional instructions.

How much does each generation cost?
Each image generation uses ~10 credits, and 4K output adds +10 credits.
How long does it take to generate an image?
An image generation takes around 25 seconds. Adding 4K output adds approximately 5 seconds.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can always purchase a credit refill pack anytime during the month if you need more credits before your next billing cycle.
What are credits?
Credits power every generation. Image generation uses ~10 credits, and 4K adds +10 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credits don't expire while your subscription is active: unused credits roll over to the next month. Yearly subscribers receive credits monthly, not all at once. If your subscription ends, your remaining subscription credits are saved and unlock again when you resubscribe. Credits from the Personal plan and refill packs never expire. Anyone who paid before this policy took effect is permanently exempt, including one-time buyers and former subscribers. Their current and future credits remain usable after a subscription ends.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime: open Plan & credits and choose Change plan. You pay only the prorated price difference for the rest of your billing period, and we add the difference in monthly credits right away (Pro to Ultra adds 700). Your remaining credits stay, and from your next renewal you get the new plan's full monthly credits.
How long are my images stored?
Generated images and history are automatically deleted 1 month after creation (Pro/Ultra) or 3 months (Premium). Unused input images are also deleted after the same period of inactivity. Download your images before they expire!
Can I get a refund?
No, we cannot offer refunds because generation costs are already incurred on our end when you use the service.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes! After each payment, you receive an email confirmation. From that email, you can request a detailed invoice for your records.
What are input photos?
Input photos are the images you upload to transform. For best results, use well-lit photos taken straight-on and aligned with the room. We continuously update our models to ensure the best performance.
What happens to my personal photos?
Your photos are securely stored in our database and remain completely private. We do not share or use your photos for any purpose other than generating your designs.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep full access and can use your credits until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your remaining subscription credits are saved and unlock again as soon as you resubscribe. Credits from the Personal plan and refill packs stay usable. Anyone who paid before this policy took effect is permanently exempt, including one-time buyers and former subscribers. Their current and future credits remain usable after a subscription ends.
